Zeus
Zeus is a virtual valuation tool for sales & lettings. Owners can submit their property details to local agents. Agents review and respond with their valuation. Owners can then compare agents valuations and choose who to instruct. Evidence suggests that “98% of prospective vendors want virtual valuations” (Zoopla). Need Creative developed the identity, stationery and marketing material. An illustrator was commissioned to produce the Zeus character.
